A little about me

What I love about this work is supporting people in looking at something they feel stuck with – and discovering what might be behind it.

People come to me with very different topics. Something may keep coming up, they may feel stuck in a situation, or simply sense that something doesn’t feel quite right. Sometimes they know exactly what they want to explore, and sometimes they don’t.
We can start wherever you are.

With Systemic Family Constellations, coaching and The Work of Byron Katie, I offer different ways of looking at a topic – not to tell you what is right or what you should do, but to explore together what might become visible from a different perspective.

What I especially love are those moments when something starts to make sense, a new perspective opens up or something begins to shift.

I don’t believe I have the answers for you. But I love creating the space in which you can discover your own.

Horses have been close to my heart since I was a child. But through working with them in coaching and family constellations, I feel I have discovered them all over again – their unique personalities, their subtle ways of communicating and their incredible sensitivity.

Working with them has taught me to listen differently, to notice the smallest things and to leave space for what unfolds. For me, working alongside horses is something very special – and a part of my work that is especially close to my heart.

My special connection with horses

How I work

I don’t believe there is one right way or one method that fits everyone. I like to work intuitively and stay open to what is needed in the moment. Sometimes that means looking at something through a constellation. Sometimes we question a stressful thought. Sometimes an experience with a horse opens a completely different door.

My role is not to know your answer before you do. I’m there to accompany you, to ask questions, to offer a different perspective and to create a space where you can explore what is there at your own pace.

What I love most is seeing what can happen when someone reconnects with themselves, sees something in a new way or discovers a possibility that wasn’t visible before.

That is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

I am trained and certified in Systemic Family Constellations and Horse-Assisted Coaching, and I am a certified coach for The Work of Byron Katie.

Alongside my work in coaching and constellations, I have many years of experience in PR and communications. This gives me a strong business background and a good understanding of professional environments – including responsibility, pressure, expectations and working with very different personalities.

And I know some of the challenges that can come with working life from my own experience, too. I have been through both burnout and boreout – two very different experiences that taught me a lot about stress, purpose, boundaries and what can happen when we lose connection with what we actually need. So when people come to me with work-related topics, I don’t only know these challenges from a coaching perspective. I also know what they can feel like from the inside.

My training gives me the foundation for my work, but I also see this as a path of continuous learning. Every person is different, every process unfolds differently – and the horses certainly make sure that no two sessions are ever the same. I think that is one of the things I love most about this work.
