Cancellation Policy

Sometimes plans change – and of course that can happen. At the same time, each session requires preparation and the time is reserved especially for you. For group constellations, only one constellation place are available, and it can be difficult to fill a place again at short notice.

For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies:

1:1 Family Constellations & Horse-Assisted Coaching
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.
For cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the session, 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
For cancellations less than 24 hours before the session or in case of a no-show, the full price will be charged.

Your Own Constellation in a Group
As we only do one constellation per event with the horses, cancellations at short notice are particularly difficult to fill.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 5 days before the event.
For cancellations between 5 days and 72 hours before the event, 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
For cancellations less than 72 hours before the event or in case of a no-show, the full price will be charged.

In case you have to cancel, we will try to refill your place. So if the constellation place can be filled by someone else, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Participation as a Representative
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the event. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full participation fee will be charged.

Unexpected situations can happen. In exceptional circumstances, please get in touch and it can be looked at individually.
