We might work with floor markers, figures or other objects to represent people, feelings or different parts of your system. Step by step, this can create a picture of what may be happening beneath the surface.
Often, things don’t just become visible – you can actually feel how different positions or relationships affect you.
We take our time with whatever comes up, without forcing anything or needing to reach a particular result.

You don’t need to have a clearly defined question before you come. Sometimes you simply know that something doesn’t feel right, keeps repeating itself or is taking up more space in your life than you would like.
You might want to look at a relationship that feels difficult, a recurring pattern, a decision you’re struggling with, a feeling you can’t quite understand or a situation in which you seem to be stuck.

From there, we explore what becomes visible and what you notice as you experience different positions and perspectives. We can move things, try out changes and see what happens for you.
