Can you really do a constellation online?

Yes – and you might be surprised by how natural it can feel.

Even though we are not physically in the same room, we can still explore your topic together and make relationships, patterns or inner dynamics visible.

For me, the important part of a constellation is not the physical space we are in, but what becomes noticeable when we begin to look at your topic differently. Sometimes a change of perspective, a feeling or a small movement is enough to bring something new into view.

Online constellations can feel just as personal and connected – with the added possibility of joining from wherever you are, in a space where you feel comfortable.

How does it work?

We start with a conversation about the topic you would like to explore. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to set up or where the constellation should lead – we find the starting point together.

For the constellation itself, I work with an online systemic board, where we can place virtual figures and objects to represent people, feelings or different parts of your system.

Together, we explore their positions, relationships and movements. Step by step, we can change things, try out different perspectives and notice what happens for you as the constellation unfolds.

Just like in an in-person constellation, there is no fixed outcome we need to reach. We stay curious and follow what emerges.

What can you bring to an online constellation?

You can bring almost anything that feels important to you – something you would like to understand more clearly, a situation that keeps repeating, or simply a feeling that something isn’t quite right.

It might be about a relationship, your family, work, a decision you’re facing, an inner conflict or a pattern you keep finding yourself in.

And you don’t need to have a perfectly clear question before we begin. Sometimes all you have is a feeling, a thought or something you keep coming back to. That is enough to start with.

Distance doesn’t have to mean disconnection.

When I first started working with constellations online, I was curious about how it would feel not to share the same physical space. What I discovered is that connection doesn’t necessarily depend on being in the same room.

Even through a screen, a constellation can feel surprisingly close and personal. As we move the figures and objects on the virtual systemic board, something that may have felt complicated or difficult to grasp can suddenly become visible in a very simple way.

And sometimes, being in your own familiar space can even make it easier to slow down, tune in and notice what is happening within you.
